9. Mimir Chamber Music Festival (July 7). Texas Christian University's summer chamber-music camp and concert series offers sophisticated performances and unusual repertory. 5. Mimir Chamber Music Festival

(TCU’s PepsiCo Recital Hall, July 11): Fine chamber music is a hallmark at TCU’s summertime festival. Standout performances of Brahms, Mozart and Janacek were paced by festival regulars Curt Thompson on violin, Brant Taylor on cello and Jose Feghali on piano.
